| An aggressive mitigation project along Coldwater Creek, close to where it empties into Grand Lake, is being considered by the Celina City Council as a way to meet Environmental Protection Agency requirements for a walkway along West Bank Road. Wetlands would help filter out pollutants before getting into the lake. | ||||||||
