| Celina police Sgt. James Stelzer stands beside the 1985 Mazda RX7 a Celina man forfeited after removing the steering wheel still bearing an immobilization club. Joseph Gerrein, 30, 120 Bayview St., replaced the locked steering wheel with a new one and then drove to a gas station. Stelzer spotted the vehicle on East Market Street and subsequently learned of the Auglaize County Municipal Court's order of immobilization order on the car.
